How event plant hire works

Design
Tell us your theme, venue and dates. We’ll suggest plants and pots to suit, whether it’s a brand activation, conference, wedding or corporate function.

Deliver
We deliver and install at a time that suits you, with after-hours bump-in and bump-out available.
03
Collect
Book in a collection time with our team, any time during your hire period, and we’ll take everything away.
Delivery within 5 km of the Brisbane CBD is included on weekdays. For other suburbs, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast or weekend installs, we’ll include delivery in your quote.

Pop-ups, product launches and sampling stands need to look right from the first hour to the last. We’ll style greenery to suit your brand and space, work around your bump-in and bump-out times, and take it all away when you’re done.
Conferences
Give your stage and foyer the finishing touch. From feature palms framing the lectern to greenery along the registration desk, our designers will style a look that suits your venue and your brand.
We’ll have everything in place before your first delegate arrives, and take it all away once the last session wraps up. One less thing on your run sheet.
Exhibitions
Stand out on the exhibition floor. Striking floor plants, topiaries, themed styling or a lush green wall, we’ll design greenery that draws people to your stand, trade display or seminar.
Bumping in after hours? No problem. We’ll work around your bump-in and bump-out times, so your stand looks its best from opening to close.
