Fully insured, well beyond public liability
Public liability cover of $20 million sits alongside the other policies a business like ours needs to hold, and certificates of currency are provided to clients and head contractors on request.
Interior Plantscape Association accredited
Most members of the industry body join by paying a fee. Accreditation is a separate process, and we are one of few businesses in Australia that hold it. We have held it since 2009, and the current accreditation runs to 25 March 2027.
Every SWMS is in the hands of the person doing the work
A safe work method statement is only useful if the technician on site has read it. Ours sit on the staff intranet and in our learning management system where every employee can reach them, alongside the WHS policy and system and our company policies—covering work at heights, mobile plant, hazardous chemicals, hazardous manual tasks and indoor plant maintenance.
A structured training program, tracked per employee
In-person training, online courses delivered through Talent LMS, and sessions with external facilitators. Completion is tracked for every employee.
Equipment designed for the work
We designed and built our own water carts rather than buying standard watering equipment. They are purpose-built for servicing large multi-storey buildings and reduce both technician time and water wasted on site. PPE eyewear is provided to all technicians.
