Cm3 contractor safety prequalification
Independently assessed capability across WHS system documentation, hazardous chemicals, powered mobile plant including elevating work platforms, work with fall risks, and hazardous manual handling. Public liability cover of $20 million.
Interior Plantscape Association accredited
We are one of few businesses accredited with the industry body for interior plantscaping in Australia, and have held accreditation since 2009. Current accreditation runs to 25 March 2027.
WHS policy, system and SWMS published internally
Our WHS policy and system, safe work method statements and company policies are all available to every employee through the staff intranet and our online learning management system—including SWMS for working at heights, mobile plant, hazardous chemicals, hazardous manual tasks and indoor plant maintenance.
A structured training program, tracked per employee
In-person training, online courses delivered through Talent LMS, and sessions with external facilitators. Completion is tracked for every employee.
Equipment designed for the work
We designed and built our own water carts rather than buying standard watering equipment. They are purpose-built for high-rise commercial servicing and reduce both technician time and water wasted on site. PPE eyewear is provided to all technicians.
Why we don’t publish injury frequency rates
Frequency rates are calculated per million hours worked. In a business of our size a single recordable injury moves the figure so sharply that the number tells you more about our hours than about our safety. Publishing a zero would also mean publishing only our indoor team, which ignores the people working outdoors. We would rather show you the systems, the prequalification and the accreditation, and answer questions about incidents directly.
