Tingalpa Wholesale Nursery (Chandler)
Despite its name, Tingalpa Wholesale Nursery is located in Chandler—an outer suburb in Brisbane’s south-east on 111 Sunnydene Rd.
In business for over 20 years, Tingalpa, as we refer to it, sends out weekly emails with indoor stock prices and availability. Led by brothers Stephen and Joel Taylor, they grow everything from ficus to dracaena and aglaonema. As a result, they consistently produce some of the best stock in Brisbane.
Tingalpa is open Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
Oxford Park Nursery (Michelton)
Located on 41 Chessom St in Mitchelton, Oxford Park Nursery is a commercial enterprise of HELP. HELP Enterprises aim to support “the economic independence of people with disability.”
Oxford Park’s plant range covers both indoor and outdoor varieties, with a strong focus on quality. Their indoor range includes palms, cycads, succulents and Australian natives.
Oxford Park is open Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 3.30 pm and Friday 7 am to 1 pm.
Nursery Traders (Chandler)
With a network of over 200 growers and suppliers, Nursery Traders offers wholesale customers the “largest range of greenlife product in any single Queensland location.” Located at 100 Tinchborne St in Chandler, Nursery Traders carry high quality indoor and outdoor plant stock, from monstera to anthurim.
You may become an accredited client on the Nursery Traders website. Register before visiting their nursery in person.
Nursery Traders are open Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm and Saturday 8 am to 12 pm.
Queensland Indoor Foliage (Ningi)
With a large variety of seasonal plants, Queensland Indoor Foliage improves people lives by “fostering the love of indoor plants.” Founded by Jack and Joy Drane, QiF has been in business for over 25 year and has now expanded to three locations. Their Brisbane location can be found at 825 Carmody Lane, Ningi.
Queensland Indoor Foliage are open Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 3 pm.
Special mention: Mt Nathan Nursery and Propagation (Clagiraba, Gold Coast)
Family owned and operated, Mt Nathan Wholesale Nursery and Propagation specialises in native and exotic plant stock. Located at 59 Heritage Drive and 38 Clagiraba Road in Clagiraba on the Gold Coast, the Mt Nathan nursery is just 30 minutes south of Brisbane.
With over 200 plant species available, Mt Nathan is also one of the only wholesale nurseries in South-East Queensland that welcomes the public.
Mt Nathan is open Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm.
Special mention: Greenglades Production Nursery (Cootharaba, Noosa)
Finally, we highly recommend our affiliate partner Greenglades Nursery up in the Noosa Everglades at 38 Dandaloo Drive, Cootharaba. Greenglades has an abundant supply of the highest quality plants at industry leading prices. Managed by Luke Duffy, Greenglades also manages Advance Plants’ plant rehabilitation program. The program gives a second life to corporate plant hire removals.
Greenglades indoor plant line includes popular varieties such as ficus and philodendron, gardenia and lilly pillies.
